MDC series quick disconnect couplings are premium all-316L stainless steel liquid cooling connectors, developed and manufactured by Hongxiang. Adopting integrated stainless steel structure and high-performance EPDM sealing (HNBR/FKM optional), the couplings feature zero leakage, high pressure resistance, wide temperature adaptability and excellent anti-corrosion performance.
Available in complete sizes from DN04 to DN25, they support working pressure up to 20bar and burst pressure up to 80bar, with operating temperature ranging from -40°C to 120°C. Tool-free plug-and-play design enables fast connection and disconnection. Multiple connection types including male/female thread, hose barb and tube fitting are available for seamless integration into various liquid cooling systems.

Installation Process
1. Preparation
Keep the plug and socket clean and intact; make sure the entire fluid system is fully depressurized before operation.
2. Connection
Align the plug with the socket along the axial direction, push straightly until an obvious click sound is heard, which confirms complete locking.
3. Leakage Inspection
After connection, conduct pressure holding test to check no liquid leakage before formal operation.
4. Disassembly
Depressurize the system firstly, then pull out the plug directly by hand; no tools are required.
Notice: Never disconnect the coupling under pressurized status. Protect the sealing surface from scratch to avoid leakage.
