Installation Process
1. Preparation: Ensure the coupling and mating components are clean, free of debris, and undamaged. Depressurize the fluid system before installation.
2. Connection: Align the plug and socket, then push straightly until a click sound confirms complete locking.
3. Verification: Perform a pressure test to confirm no leaks before bringing the system online.
4. Disconnection: Depressurize the system, then simply pull the plug out of the socket. The coupling will automatically seal to prevent fluid loss.
Safety Note: Never connect or disconnect the coupling while the system is under pressure. Protect the sealing surface from scratches to maintain leak-proof performance.
