Manufactured from high-grade 316L stainless steel, these connectors deliver exceptional corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and long service life. Installation Process

1. Preparation: Ensure the connector and mating surface are clean and free of debris. Verify the system is depressurized before installation.

2. Connection: Align the plug and socket, then push them together until you hear/feel a positive click, confirming full engagement.

3. Verification: After connection, perform a pressure test to confirm zero leakage.

4. Disconnection: Depressurize the system, then simply pull the plug out of the socket (no tools required) for maintenance or replacement.

Note: Never disconnect the connector while the system is under pressure to prevent fluid spray and injury.
