Installation Process

1. Preparation: Refer to the product images to check the plug and socket structure; ensure the connector and mating part are clean and free of debris. Depressurize the system before installation to prevent fluid leakage during operation.

2. Connection: Align the plug and socket according to the alignment mark, then push them together until you hear/feel a positive click, confirming full engagement.

3. Verification: After connection, perform a pressure test to confirm zero leakage before full system operation; check the sealing part to ensure no fluid seepage.

4. Disconnection: Depressurize the system first, then simply pull the plug out of the socket for maintenance or replacement.

Note: Never disconnect the connector while the system is under pressure to prevent fluid spray and injury; avoid collision or damage to the sealing surface during installation and disconnection.
